Helping Hands

Its a New day and yet people are still doing the same redundant things and then complaining about the problems that fast ensue afterwards.

You get an email from some hub(a person) in what he claims is a third world country asking for your assistance, meaning he wants money.

Ok here's the question at hand.. what makes you ever believe that someone poor without money to eat in some far away place is going to wake up from his mud hut and walk to a net cafe..to email YOU?
I mean come on if he could wake up to do that.. why not find a job or DO SOMETHING in order to make some of your situation better?

I ask myself this question and others but it seems to be answerless as to why people in an educated country ( Not just America) choose to send money to people they have never met in hopes of changing there lives for the better... Oh but wait there are some of you now responding to yourselves that "I did it to try to do some good in the world." But thats Ironic because in your own city,state, and country there are people STARVING ever day. But because they are unable to email you there desperate plee, I guess you don't know they are in there situation...
Or perhaps something more basic, You walking to lunch from your respective job and a homeless man is asking/begging you for some "loose change" and you say no you have none.
Even with visual conformation that this person appears to be in dire need you would rather take the risk and send this mysterious outreach for help your money..

Then to find out that this hub you have so fortunatly came in contact with and saved there life has developed a lust for more cash and has now assumed the role of banker and has knowling emptied your life saving account and left you with only the loose change in your pocket that you refused to give the appearing homeless person.

But perhaps I don't know maybe others know better that me..
